The room was more or less adequate, but I expected more from my stay. The hair dryer didn't work, and I had to bring my own. And, imagine my disappointment when breakfast was just toast with ham for days! I nearly wrote a glowing review, but just couldn't overlook these issues.

thank you for a good stay. it's gorgeous and clean hotel, with quiet atmosphere and magnificent location close to everything. all the staff members are outstandingly accommodating and incredibly kind. offers excellent service and great food. besides, parking is nearby.

The room is brand-new and generous-sized with a comfortable bed and pillows. 15 minutes drive to the airport, it is located in the cafe in the street:)))

The hotel is conveniently located near major attractions, with easy access to everything! Very accommodating staff made check-in easy and the room's antique windows were a charming touch.

Stairs can be challenging. Morning noises might disturb light sleepers and breakfast choices are somewhat limited at the nearby cafe.

Noise disturbances from street traffic could easily ruin sleep quality!!! Inconsistent housekeeping practices like not receiving fresh towels daily detracted from the overall experience!!! Poor air conditioning in some rooms made comfort an issue during warm weather!!!

The room was super spacious and had a coffee machine, minibar, and even a tv. Loved the comfort of clean cotton linen and the stylish hardwood floors. Plus, the bathroom was a good size and super clean! The location is just a quick stroll to the main attractions, so it was perfect for exploring!

The daily vouchers for breakfast at Nab Cafe were a good way to start the morning, with a local cuisine experience.

The toilet had occasional flushing issues, requiring time before it could be used again, which could be inconvenient.

The kids loved the nearby parks, and we had a fun family day exploring local spots! The comfortable atmosphere.

My wife says that more kid-friendly amenities could enhance the experience.

Just a reliable pick for strolling around in Florence with good price-value balance. The room had a clean, cozy vibe, made it feel cute after a long day out. Consider bringing your own hair dryer just in case. The one in the bathroom didn't work.

The location is in a quiet area and close to the main shopping center and shops, which is stunning.
